Populist Cleaning Co uses up-to-date commercial-grade equipment for all its special project work.
For example, we use a van mounted, hot water extraction system highly recommended by carpet manufacturers to both clean and sanitize carpet. This system is sometimes called “steam cleaning” as the water is heated to over 250 degrees.
For our regular janitorial contract customers, we also use a low moisture encapsulation method also highly recommended by major carpet manufacturers, for touch-ups to high traffic areas as part of their regular carpet maintenance program.
