Incorporated as a city in 1950. Livonia is experiencing a Millennial resurgence! With acres of parks, nature areas, and green spaces, Each summer, the Livonia Spree draws in more than 100,000 and is closed with one of metro Detroit’s largest fireworks displays.

Home to Madonna University, Livonia sports national and local bars and restaurants and offers big-city convenience with a small-town closeness that is hard to find in many suburban areas.
