The addition of the Day Porter in our facility has really improved the satisfaction level. For our 2015 survey with 97 employees completing the questionnaire, we have a 91% satisfaction rate for cleanliness of the office building with many positive comments. Great job overall!

Every week or two, I get at least one company calling to offer their cleaning services. I don’t trust any of them until they prove themselves; that’s the way we start. We didn’t necessarily trust Populist when we started either, but we have come to trust them and depend on them for uninterrupted service. I have not had the need to look for new service since we made the switch to Populist.
Populist is our 1-stop shop for cleaning and maintenance. Anything I need completed relating to our building and grounds outside of our HVAC or IT systems, including weird, 1-off requests like a flag pole key, I can send a note and someone gets back with me in a very short timeframe. If it’s not something Populist can do, they direct me to a contractor that may be able to provide a solution. Pricing is reasonable, and their cleaning staff they have sent us over the years is some of the most friendly, courteous, and conscientious I have ever met.
We have a long standing relationship with Populist. We stay with them because we get results when we ask for items to be taken care of and follow-up is provided. Their service is reliable and communication is open when there are follow-up items on both sides. We appreciate Populist’s consistency in nightly cleaning, ordering our supplies, and on-site visits during business hours as routine checks.
Populist Cleaning Co has been servicing us since 2000 when we moved into our building. From the very beginning we have maintained a regular pro-active schedule for add-on services. Carpets are on different rotations per traffic areas, hard floors have their own schedule, and all the window cleaning as well. Eighteen years later, most of these surfaces are still original and look good. Thanks to Mike and his pro-active team, we have avoided the low levels of appearance that occur when areas are not serviced on a preventive maintenance schedule. Our staff enjoys a consistent high level of appearance throughout our building. Populist takes care of the whole process from beginning to end removing the headaches for us!
Our practice switched to Populist Cleaning when our previous vendor stopped servicing the area. They picked us up as a client without much notice and serviced us for over a year. Due to a change in location and sharing space with another facility, we unfortunately were no longer able to continue the service with an outside vendor. In the year that we utilized Populist, we were very happy with the service, including the quality of the service, competitive price, and quick response time to any issues when identified. Populist Cleaning is a great company to work with and would use them again if given the opportunity. I highly recommend them
We like that Populist is able to offer as many services as they do. This is very attractive for us. We get regular maintenance on items such as quarterly services on our vinyl floors, regularly scheduled maintenance on high traffic carpet areas and tile and grout throughout our buildings. Populist was able to place us on a regular schedule. Otherwise, we might not think to ask for these services until these areas start to look bad. This helps us stay in maintenance mode rather than restorative mode. The follow-up efforts and dedication from the management team at Populist helps us a lot!
