COVID-19 Response Update to Our Valued Customers
During these uncertain times, Populist Cleaning Co. recognizes our vital role in the prevention of the spread of the Corona Virus (COVID-19). The safety of our Partners – our employees and customers – remains Populist Cleaning Co.’s primary concern.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our employees and customers, we have implemented the following protocols:
All employees are screened daily with a health department recommended health questionnaire prior to coming to work. If an employee answers yes to any of the symptoms or circumstances on the list, they are removed from all job sites on paid leave for 14 days.
All employees have been given masks (with instructions for care) and gloves to wear on-site.
All non-porous surfaces included in the customer specific specs are cleaned with our EPA registered and COVID-19 recommended disinfectant and paper towel. SDS are provided upon request. We have instructed our cleaners to pay special attention to all common touch points.
If customers would like extra day-time preventative disinfecting, we do have crews and availability. If interested, please contact us for details.
Please notify us immediately if you have a confirmed case of COVID-19 in your facility.
Our nightly cleaning staff is trained for and focuses on prevention, not emergency response. If you have a confirmed case of COVID-19, we will not send the normal nightly crew into your facility until the space has been disinfected. This is for their protection, as not all staff members have opted in or have the training to perform the disinfection services required. We can help you get your facility disinfected. Once you notify us, we can send in a specialized crew for traditional wipe down disinfect or fogging disinfect. Pricing available upon request.
Populist Cleaning Co. is monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak closely. We are watching the evolving recommendations from our industry partners, local ordinances, the State of Michigan, and the Center for Disease Control. Our protocols may change as recommendations evolve.
