Life Is Short.
Work Someplace Awesome.
Join a team that takes pride in doing the job right — every building, every shift, every time. Populist has been a great place to work for over 40 years, and we’re always looking for great people.
Which Role Fits You?
Tired of being undervalued or stuck in a rigid schedule? At Populist, we recognize strong effort, offer real flexibility, and actively develop our people — from first shift to management.
Commercial Cleaners
Our full and part-time cleaners are assigned to specific job sites with a familiar routine each shift. We work hard to match staff with the right accounts based on location and schedule preferences. Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available.
Account Assistants
Our Account Assistants provide on-site training to new employees, complete special projects and deep cleaning work, cover open shifts, and assist with inspections and supply deliveries. This is a pre-management stepping-stone role with real development opportunity.
Account Managers
Our Account Managers provide full supervision and support to their assigned teams and accounts. Responsibilities include staff training, site inspections, scheduled customer meetings, and maintaining quality relationships with clients long-term.
