Minimum Tenure
Completed a minimum of 90 days of employment prior to applying.
Clean Record
No performance or attendance-related write-ups in the six months preceding the application date.
Core Values
Demonstrate Populist's Core Values and consistently contribute to a positive organizational culture.
Positive Reputation
A positive reputation among peers and management — no substantiated complaints from peers within the last 6 months. Documented concerns regarding teamwork, communication, or conduct may impact eligibility.
People Analyzer
Favorable results on the People Analyzer, completed by your current manager, the hiring manager, and peer feedback.
Vertical Promotion
The employee consistently exceeds expectations in their current role and demonstrates the ability and capacity for increased responsibility. A People Analyzer should be completed for both the current position and the role applied for, by both the current manager and hiring manager.
Lateral Promotion
The employee meets expectations in their current role and is a strong cultural fit but may be better suited for another position.
