Description of typical cleaning duties**
Empty and re-line all wastebaskets and trash cans in all common areas, offices areas,
conference rooms, restrooms, lunchroom areas.
Restrooms: clean all toilets, bottoms of toilets, urinals, bottoms of urinals,
sinks, dispensers, counters, chrome fixtures, floor, stall partitions, handles and rails with disinfectant. Mirrors will be
wiped clean. Check and refill supplies.
Kitchen/Lunch Rooms: wipe down counters. Sweep & mop floor. Clean
sinks. Rinse out coffee pots. Wipe down tables and chairs. Clean inside of microwaves.
Vacuum all carpeted areas
Glass:
spot clean all inside partition glass and entrance door glass (inside only in cold weather)
General Dusting: all hard surfaces
of chairs, cabinets, window ledges, tables, desks, pictures, baseboards, and other hard surfaces
Note: desks must be kept clear
in order to be thoroughly cleaned.
Entry foyers: vacuum matts and/or Sweep and mop tile areas

cleaning duty performed and frequency of each cleaning duty performed is specified by the customer.
